Need extra time to practice your skills? Book an Open Training slot and enjoy independent training in our studio space.

🛠️ IMPORTANT:
Please indicate in the cart notes which one apparatus you need — Pole, Aerial Hoop, Silks, or Hammock — so we can prepare accordingly.
➡️ Only one apparatus may be used per session.

👀 No Instructor on Site
This is a self-guided session. No coaching, spotting, or instruction will be provided. Participants must train within their skill level and at their own risk.

🕒 Flexible Booking Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 3 hours before your booking through our portal:

🚫 Not Valid For:
This session is strictly for personal practice and cannot be used for:

• Regular group classes

• Studio rentals

• Private sessions
